Media Relations, Entertainment
The only way for a commercial business to be involved in Kempenfest is via our sponsorship program. Sponsorship can include (but not necessarily) site space at the event (exposure to 200,000+ visitors over four days) plus recognition through our marketing materials, on site signage, and much more. Packages start at $4,000 and up. Many unique opportunities exist, such as stage sponsorship, shuttle bus sponsorship, water buggie sponsorship and more. Perhaps you have something unique to offer. We will customize your sponsorship to suit your needs.
In terms of entertainment opportunities, we begin booking bands in early March, with consultation of our radio partners. Send us your media kit for consideration.

Site Logistics, Not-For-Profit Community Booths
Kempenfest is a not-for-profit organization in and of itself – with the event being the single largest fund raiser for our 6 non-profit groups who form Kempenfest. We also provide space at the event for non-profit groups to exhibit and/or fund raise at Kempenfest. Cost range from $100 to $250 for the weekend depending on whether or not you are fundraising. Requests must be submitted by April 30th and a decision on which groups are admitted will be made in June.
Send your requests, including details of what you plan to do at the event, to:

Your application must include details of your process of making your work, pictures of your work, and list and or links to other shows you have attended. The application can be found here.
Contact the Art Club with any questions about your eligibility.
The Optimist Antique show is a major attraction at Kempenfest since its early years of existence. It is one of the largest shows in central Ontario. Outdoor space of any size is available, plus some space inside the large tent. For more details contact:
