Kempenfest is for kids too!
We’re back to normal and so excited! Your kids are going to have an absolute blast this year! It’s all about the family fun – bring the kids down and make some memories. Challenge them a game, take a spin on the rides at the Midway, and grab some cotton candy! Bring the kids to the Kids Village located beside the midway next to Centennial Beach.

Kempenfest is for kids too, and that means MUSIC! It’s a weekend of family-friendly programming celebrating Barrie’s diverse community. Check the lineup!
KIDS VILLAGE
The Kids Village is fun for all ages. Open Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The vibe in this area is like no other. Free activities for the kids including painting, colouring, arts and crafts – plus shows on stage including local talent. Fun for the whole family.
Midway
It just isn’t summer until you’ve hit the midway. Be sure to stop by the Robertson Amusements Midway for some cotton candy and a spin on the Ferris Wheel or ride the pony on the Merry-Go-Round. Robertson has provided amusement rides to Kempenfest for over 25 years. Safety and cleanliness are top priority for this family-run business. See you at the midway.
