WHEN ARE YOUR VENDORS OPEN?
Our Vendors are open Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 10am-6pm. Note that only the midway and concert stages operate on Friday evening. ART EXHIBITS ARE NOT OPEN ON FRIDAY!
HOW CAN WE GET TO KEMPENFEST?

CAN I BRING LAWN CHAIRS, COOLER BAGS OR PICNIC BASKETS TO CONCERTS?
Lawn chairs are not permitted in the main concert venue. This is for security and safety reasons. Chairs are provided under the tented viewing areas. The area directly in front of the stage is standing room only. No outside food or beverage can be brought into the Concert venue. Food, soft drinks, beer and coolers are sold inside. NOTE: all back packs and shoulder bags are subject to security search prior to entering.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND CONERTS AT THE MAIN STAGE?
When Will Artisan Vendors Know if Their Application Has Been Approved? Is There a Specific Timeline to Watch Out for?
Artisan vendors have already been confirmed for the 2026 event. Emerging talent vendors will be notified by the first week of May. All artisan vendors who have applied will be notified of their status (confirmed, denied, or waitlisted).
I am an artisan vendor but I sell pre-packaged food. What category do I fall under, am I a food vendor or artisan?
Artisans & Craft Vendors are defined as skilled individuals who create unique, handmade, or hand-produced material goods. This may include certain craft or small batch food offerings. Commercially distributed businesses do not qualify.
Are late live performance applications considered?
No, late live performance applications are not considered.
How can I get a media pass to shoot photography at Kempenfest?
When will Kempenfest SideStage acts be announced?
Kempenfest Community Stage programming is announced in the Spring.
Can I recommend acts for you to book at next year's event?
Artist submission applications are accepted between September and November, available at: https://kempenfest.com/perform-at-kempenfest/

Are there ATMs on site?
Yes, there is re-entry to the concert grounds.
Is Kempenfest cashless?
No, although certain individual Vendors may only accept either Cash or Card at their discretion.
Is there parking available?
Nearby parking is limited and available first come, first serve. For more info, see the navigation header titled “Getting Here” available at https://kempenfest.com
Does the Ontario Turkey Farmers Kids Village still exist?
Can children attend concerts?
The OLG MainStage concerts allow All Ages within the General Admission area. The VIP section is 19+
Does Kempenfest allow attendees to bring their own liquor?
No, at this time Kempenfest does not permit attendees to bring their own alcohol. There are two licensed areas (OLG Main Stage, and Oasis Lakeside Patio Bar) where alcohol may be purchased by attendees who are 19+. Government Issued Photo ID is required.
Can tickets be bought in advance for the Midway?
No. Tickets may only be purchased in person within the Midway.
